Job Purpose

The Production and Material Handling Assistant is responsible for running small-scale internal production of medical device consumables and their components, while continuously monitoring part quality and process stability.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsible for operation and maintenance of 3D printers used for internal production.
• Responsible for manual production of consumables.
• Maintain batch record of produced components.
• Perform labeling of produced components.
• Keep track of material stock levels and update electronic inventory records accordingly.
• Regularly perform physical measurements of parts to ensure quality.
• Handle incoming and outgoing goods inspections and related paperwork.
• Contribute to process improvements by continuously providing feedback.

Qualifications

• Good fine motor skills and ability to handle small and delicate components.
• Familiarity with measuring tools such as calipers.
• Curiosity for working with 3D printers.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
