ARTIDIS AG is a clinical stage health-tech start-up founded in Basel, Switzerland, that has developed the first nanomechanical biomarker for cancer diagnosis and treatment optimization. The ARTIDIS nanotechnology platform integrates different types of clinical data into the ARTIDISnet digital platform, allowing physicians to significantly shorten the current diagnostic process and bringing benefit to both the patient and the healthcare system. ARTIDIS enables professionals to design personalised cancer treatment plans tailored to the individual patient needs and desired outcomes.

Job Purpose

As the ISMS Manager you maintain the Information Security Management System. In this role you report to the Head of Quality Management. You support other our teams in establishing policies, standards and procedures, according to ISO/IEC 27001 as well as ISO 13485. As a project manager you coordinate validation projects for software.

Duties and Responsibilities

Maintain the Information Security Management System (ISMS).
Ensures that the ISMS conforms to ISO/IEC 27001.
Measure and evaluate the performance & effectiveness of the ISMS, and report results to top management.
Plan and oversee security risk management activities, e.g. ISO/IEC 27005.
Align and implement security controls based on business needs.
Budget, schedule, and perform compurterizes system valication projects (CSV).
Organize and manage internal audits, certification audits, and management reviews.
Ensures entertaining training to drive ISMS awareness
Provide support for investigations. Recommend, develop, and implement CaPa.
Drive continual improvement of the ISMS by inclusion of the whole team.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field
3+ years of experience in Information Security Management
Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulations (ISO 27001, GDPR, etc.).
Experiences in information security risk management
Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are highly desirable.
Proven experience in CSV execution.
Excellent knowledge of German and English
A positive attitude values others and works well independently and in a team environment.
Reliable, structured, and accurate way of working.
Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure and dynamic start-up environment.
